Kelly Martin

Senior Mortgage Banker Kelly Martin joined Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group® with more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage
industry. In 1983, she was promoted to loan officer after working as a bank teller. Since then, she has helped more than 3,000
families along the path to homeownership.
Kelly says, “While there are many smart and intelligent people in this business, what sets me apart is not my years in the industry,
but the fact that my heart is in it. I truly care about my clients and feel that my knowledge and experience speak to them. At the
end of the transaction, my goal is to have my clients know our relationship can last beyond closing.”
Licensed in Virginia and North Carolina, Kelly specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers, active duty service members, and
veterans. She is also passionate about volunteering her time to support the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD). In her
spare time, you can find her gardening, working on home improvement projects, biking, or walking trails. She enjoys traveling with her
husband, Billy; son, Tommy; daughters, Lauren and Molly; and six grandchildren, Liam, Avery, Blake, Jordyn, Jack, and Lucy. WHEW!
